Salary: PLN 23,200 - 34,400 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Data Scientist to lead analytics and drive innovation across its credit and lending features. You will work directly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and improve customer experience with data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include improving existing credit algorithms, building and validating proof-of-concept models, delivering scalable data products, and researching ways to enhance product performance. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow Data Scientists to solve complex data problems and productionize research into production systems.
Required qualifications: experience building and leading data science teams within scaling organizations; expertise in developing credit models; bachelor's degree in a STEM field (mathematics, computer science, engineering); proficiency in Python, SQL, and production frameworks; strong foundation in probability and statistics; ability to think strategically and diagnose problems; experience productionizing research into scalable solutions; and excellent communication skills to partner with stakeholders.
Nice-to-have qualifications include an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, experience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++), familiarity with anti-fraud functions, experience at large-scale global tech companies, and participation in university Olympiad competitions.
Compensation varies by location: Poland PLN 23,200–34,400 gross monthly; Lithuania €5,500–8,400 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interviews. Final compensation determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
