The Data Scientist role sits within the Insights & Decision Science (IDS) team, which translates complex AI outputs into actionable, explainable insights for airline partners. You will design and operationalize causal-uplift measurement frameworks to quantify the incremental impact of pricing models, moving beyond simple metrics to true business impact measurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and operationalize causal-uplift measurement frameworks to quantify incremental impact of pricing models
- Lead data discovery and translate complex multidimensional data into actionable insights related to pricing algorithms and outcomes
- Conduct research and experimentation to develop novel approaches to uplift measurement and A/B testing
- Collaborate with revenue managers, data analysts, and data engineers to encode airline business logic into modeling and technical pipelines
You will work at the intersection of rigorous statistical analysis and storytelling—taking hard technical work and making it understandable and trustworthy for clients. The role requires someone who is self-driven, motivated, independent, and sharp; able to move between deep technical work and clear communication of findings.
