Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining technology, creative expertise, and data science to drive client success. As Data Science Manager reporting to the Director of Data Science, Investment Analytics, you will lead the Investment Analytics practice and oversee Paid Media data applications that power client solutions. You will own complex data science initiatives, guide cross-functional teams through advanced measurement and testing frameworks, and deliver data-driven insights that directly improve campaign performance. Your work spans predictive modeling, statistical experimentation, and media measurement methodologies. Key responsibilities include: analyzing data to uncover actionable trends and insights; promoting and implementing advanced data science methodologies such as geo-based incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and causal impact studies; developing and deploying predictive models to enhance media performance and revenue outcomes; collaborating with platform partners to expand the suite of mathematical techniques for incrementality testing and data clean rooms; and documenting analytics projects to ensure processes can be replicated and scaled across the organization. You bring 3-5 years of data science or analytics experience with strong programming skills in Python and SQL. You are proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib, or equivalent) and have deep knowledge of the marketing ecosystem including paid display, search, social, video, organic, web, and app channels. You have hands-on experience analyzing media and web data from platforms like Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google ADH, Campaign Manager, Meta, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with media measurement solutions—media mix modeling, incrementality, attribution models—is essential. You understand machine learning concepts and ideally have applied experience. You are a collaborative problem-solver who values diverse perspectives, works effectively in teams, and continuously seeks to improve and automate processes.
