Salary: CAD 62,400 - 84,400 / annual
Clio is a global leader in legal AI technology, transforming the legal experience for law firms and legal professionals. The Data Migration Specialist role is part of the Customer Success Department, specifically the Data Migrations team that handles the critical function of migrating customer data from legacy systems into Clio's platform.
In this position, you will be responsible for executing data migrations that include exporting, importing, processing, and cleansing customer data. You'll work with extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to ensure smooth customer onboarding. The role requires strong technical skills combined with exceptional customer service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure seamless product adoption
- Performing data transformations and imports from various sources (CSV, SQL) into Clio products
- Managing multiple client cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the migration process
- Contributing to customer-facing knowledge articles and documentation
- Partnering with Customer Enablement and Technical Escalation teams to develop and improve data transformation processes
- Identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements to enhance customer experience and automation
You should have expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (Lookups, text functions, conditional logic). Strong communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset are essential. Experience with coding, Salesforce, API-driven applications, or startup environments is valued. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
