Personetics is a cognitive banking platform that uses AI to help financial institutions anticipate customer needs, provide actionable insights, and deliver intelligent financial guidance. As a Data Architect, you will design and oversee the data infrastructure and architecture that powers Personetics' platform. You'll be responsible for building scalable, secure, and efficient data systems that process transactional data at scale across 35 global markets, supporting over 150 million monthly active customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing enterprise-grade data architectures that support real-time analytics and AI/ML workloads
- Defining data pipelines, storage strategies, and integration patterns for financial transaction data
- Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Evaluating and implementing data technologies and platforms that scale with the business
- Mentoring junior data engineers and establishing data architecture best practices
- Optimizing data systems for performance, cost, and reliability
You'll work with a global team across offices in New York, London, Singapore, São Paulo, and Tel Aviv, partnering with tier-one financial institutions worldwide. The role offers the opportunity to shape data infrastructure for a market-leading fintech platform serving the banking sector at scale.
