You'll join the User Operations team within User Support, specifically the Data function, which focuses on continuous improvement and translating data into concrete business initiatives. This role bridges analytics and project management, requiring someone who can move beyond dashboard creation to derive actionable business insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting infrastructure using tools like Metabase or Looker
- Developing automations and data pipelines to support operational efficiency
- Managing end-to-end analytics projects for diverse stakeholders (user support teams, event partners, app development)
- Translating data into actionable metrics that drive management decision-making
- Communicating complex data insights to both technical (central Data team) and non-technical (support ops) audiences
- Identifying inefficiencies and proactively improving processes rather than maintaining status quo
The role is weighted 70% analytics and 30% project management. You'll work with user support operations, provide partners visibility into event performance, and support app development initiatives that shape user experience.
This position is expected to evolve into managing a team member over time, though prior people-management experience is not required. The ideal candidate shows early signs of enjoying mentoring and helping others grow.
Required: 2-4 years of data/analytics experience (analyst, data PM, BI, or ops analytics roles); proficiency with dashboard tools; scripting/automation skills; fluent English and Spanish; based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
