Salary: CAD 150,000 - 250,000 / annual
Veeva Ostro is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own the data systems and measurement analyses that drive product evolution and customer success in AI-enabled omnichannel healthcare engagement. You will architect and scale a modern, AI-ready data platform while leading a team of data analysts and engineers.
Key responsibilities include: designing and upgrading data architecture to support high-fidelity analytics and AI readiness; guiding customer data integrations in partnership with solutions engineering; upleveling the analytics suite in collaboration with product teams; executing custom analytical requests for clients; and directly managing and mentoring a team of data professionals.
You will work at the intersection of life sciences, marketing, and AI, translating product-generated data into actionable insights that inform both internal product strategy and customer planning efforts. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic thinking about how data systems enable business outcomes.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering with managerial leadership; deep hands-on expertise in SQL and Python; strong data modeling and advanced quantitative analysis skills; modern data architecture knowledge with focus on AI readiness; recent work experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences contexts; and an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, math, physics, etc.).
