Rippling is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the Payments Data & Analytics team in Dublin. You will design, build, and maintain services that process vast amounts of financial data, providing comprehensive visibility into every stage of the money movement lifecycle within Rippling's payments product ecosystem.
This is a foundational role on the Payments Analytics team, ensuring accurate settlement between customers, external financial institutions, and Rippling for every transaction. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, accounting, finance, business operations, product, and executive leadership to deliver accurate data critical to Rippling's finances and essential for correct product system functioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and accounting teams
- Designing and building data pipelines and analytics services for payments processing
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the payments ecosystem
- Providing visibility and insights to support decision-making across multiple teams
- Working on highly visible projects with significant executive exposure
