Salary: USD 113,000 - 140,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, autonomy, and computer vision. The Corporate Planning & Operations team sits at the center of the business, turning strategy into day-to-day execution through deep-dive analysis, process redesign, and pragmatic solutions. You will join the Data Analytics arm as a senior individual contributor responsible for building and scaling Anduril's corporate planning and operating cadence. You'll lead the direction for translating planning and operational questions into metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform executive decision-making. Your responsibilities include: - Building and iterating dashboards and analytical tools that drive recurring planning and operational reviews, overlaying quantitative analytics and designing tooling for forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning - Driving the roadmap of new analytics initiatives from ideation through adoption, incorporating user feedback and evolving requirements as planning processes mature - Serving as a key thought partner to other leads on data unlocks and systematic improvements that would scale current processes - Partnering cross-functionally with data engineering and platform teams to develop deep understanding of company-wide data tools, taxonomies, and best practices - Facilitating documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure architecture decisions, dependencies, and assumptions remain accessible - Continuously improving how the team plans, tracks, and communicates work while adapting to changing business priorities You'll be responsible not only for producing rigorous analytical work but also for ensuring the analytics products the team owns are reliable, well understood, and have a solid roadmap for improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, thoughtful about system design, scrappy, and experienced in high-visibility, heavily cross-functional environments.
