Diligent Robotics builds AI-powered service robots that work alongside clinical staff in hospitals. Moxi, their flagship robot, handles routine tasks so care teams can focus on patients. As the fleet and customer base grow, the company needs data-driven decision-making across operations, service, and scaling. You'll join as a Data Analyst supporting Technical Operations, Service Operations, and Customer Success teams. This is a generalist role with broad exposure and real ownership: you'll transform fleet, service, and customer data into actionable insights that shape how robots are maintained, how issues are prioritized, and how the service organization scales. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards that provide a shared view of fleet performance and key metrics across teams; analyzing fleet, service, and customer data to surface trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities; providing data to support planned maintenance programs, smarter issue prioritization, and scalable service operations; partnering with Technical Operations, Service Operations, and Customer Success to answer time-sensitive questions and inform decisions; automating recurring reporting and maintaining data quality, definitions, and documentation as systems mature; and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences with actionable recommendations. You'll need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (data science, statistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics) or equivalent practical experience. Required skills include 1–3 years in a data, analytics, or operations role; working proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and Python for analysis and automation; proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude to accelerate analysis and problem-solving; comfort with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets; experience with or ability to quickly learn a BI/data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication; and a self-starter mindset comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have skills include PostgreSQL and Google product ecosystem experience, exposure to robotics, hardware, IoT, or telemetry/time-series/fleet data, understanding of service/reliability concepts (MTTR, uptime, SLAs, preventive maintenance), and interest in healthcare or hospital environments.
