SoFi is seeking a Pricing Implementation Analyst to join the Pricing team within the Lending Organization. This role offers direct impact on SoFi's revenue by implementing, monitoring, and advancing pricing controls and strategies across consumer lending products.
Pricing Execution (60% of role): Translate high-level pricing strategies into tactical implementation steps, assess system implications, and ensure complete specifications. Maintain audit trails and enforce governance requirements using Jira and GitLab. Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure successful pricing deployments, and monitor data pipelines to verify pricing strategy execution. Develop and maintain systematic validation functions to ensure implementation accuracy across all products.
Controls & Process Improvement (25%): Develop and maintain controls by building automated validation alerts and anomaly/exception detection Tableau dashboards. Identify opportunities to enhance execution efficiency and advance control maturity. Support risk management and new product initiatives through script development, documentation, reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
Cross-Functional Representation (15%): Work with external partners to ensure flawless price execution across affiliate partner environments. Serve as primary contact for pricing implementation with internal partners, covering technology initiatives, operational execution, and risk management.
Required qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics). 4+ years in financial services, preferably with pricing, data analysis, or risk governance experience. Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL with hands-on Tableau dashboard proficiency. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to explain complex models simply. Collaborative approach and comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Nice-to-have: Snowflake and GitLab experience, product/engineering collaboration background, pricing strategy/risk management/data governance experience.
