Quince is a Series D-funded direct-to-consumer fashion and accessories company founded in 2018, disrupting retail through high-quality essentials at transparent, low prices. The company combines AI, analytics, and automation to scale sustainably while maintaining ethical production and environmental responsibility. As a Data Analyst for Marketing, you will be a key member of the analytics team supporting Quince's European expansion from Berlin. You'll partner closely with the US marketing team to understand proven strategies and identify gaps unique to the European market, then build scalable solutions to replicate successes and drive growth. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and maintain automated dashboards tracking core marketing KPIs: new vs. returning customers, LTV/CAC, total and incremental ROAS, and performance across paid social, SEM, app, and affiliate channels. • Monitor CRM health through cohort analysis, database segmentation, and lifecycle stage tracking to optimize customer engagement. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify channel inefficiencies, scaling opportunities, and ways to improve marketing efficiency ratios (MER) and overall ROAS. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Performance teams to design and execute experimentation: geo-lift tests, channel incrementality studies, brand lift measurement, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) validation. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CRM to build a data-driven customer lifecycle program: identify high-value customer drivers, design A/B and multivariate tests across touchpoints to optimize revenue per visit and incremental LTV, and develop multi-category cross-sell strategies based on behavioral triggers and next-best-action logic. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment where strategy and decision-making are distributed, transparency is valued, and colleagues hold each other to exceptional standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at leveraging technology and data to deliver insights, and energized by impact-driven work.
