As a Data Analyst III in Performance Analytics, you will support the growth of Fanatics ONE (the company's loyalty program) and FanaticsApp. Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager for FES Commercial, you'll be the analytical backbone for loyalty and app engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities include: collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from loyalty and app platforms; developing and maintaining dashboards tracking member engagement, FanCash economics, tier progression, app DAU/MAU, retention, churn, and segment-level KPIs; conducting ad hoc analyses to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities; collaborating with senior analysts, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment; identifying and communicating trends and anomalies to stakeholders; and continuously optimizing data processes for scalability.
You'll need a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field, plus 4+ years in data analysis, customer analytics, loyalty programs, mobile/product analytics, or sports/betting/tech industries. Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Sigma preferred) is essential. Experience with loyalty program mechanics (points, tiering, redemption) and mobile engagement KPIs (funnels, retention curves) is highly valued. DBT and Snowflake experience is a plus. You should be detail-oriented, a self-starter who adapts quickly, excellent at managing multiple projects, and skilled at communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
