OpenLoop is a telehealth platform founded to bring care anywhere, offering virtual support solutions across all 50 states. The company is seeking a Data Analyst II to join remotely and own analytics for one or more business areas including Customer Success, Operations, and Patient Support.
In this role, you will independently manage analytical workstreams end-to-end with minimal direction. You'll frame ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, write and optimize SQL queries to pull and clean data from multiple sources, and apply statistical techniques using SQL, Excel, R, and Python to identify trends and anomalies. You'll build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations that stakeholders rely on for decision-making, and partner directly with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, customer success) to shape data needs and influence outcomes.
You'll also proactively identify and drive improvements to data collection and analysis processes. This is a role for someone who can work independently through ambiguity, manage competing priorities without close oversight, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst; demonstrated hands-on SQL proficiency; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Zoho Analytics is strongly preferred.
