Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 / annual
Fabletics, a fashion e-commerce and subscription platform, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their analytics team at their El Segundo headquarters on a hybrid schedule. This role reports to the Director of Data Analytics and focuses on supporting the Merchandise & Planning business unit.
You will prepare data and analysis for business teams, writing intermediate to complex SQL queries against Snowflake to extract data accurately and efficiently. You'll manage the Tableau business intelligence platform, including data modeling, defining style standards, building and maintaining automated reporting, and educating end users on best practices. A key part of the role involves translating complex data analysis into actionable business recommendations and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed strategy decisions.
You'll also collaborate with data engineering teams to suggest improvements to data architecture and work to advance stakeholders toward more automated and scalable processes. The analytics team's mission is to provide the right data, in the right place, at the right time to empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Required qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in a quantitative analytics role, advanced SQL skills, strong understanding of relational databases and BI tools, proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charting), and excellent communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, curious, self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to become an expert in new systems and data structures.
Nice-to-have experience includes subscription models, e-commerce, fashion/apparel/retail, startup environments, Merch & Planning data, and data integration projects.
