The Data Science team solves complex problems with practical, scalable solutions. As a Data Analyst in Finance, you'll work directly with product and regulatory teams to uncover insights, guide business decisions, and improve customer experience. You'll dig into complex databases to identify root causes, design solutions through code implementation, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
- Translating complex business and regulatory requirements into efficient data solutions
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure with focus on accuracy, compliance, and data quality
- Collaborating with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams on data logic and requirements
- Monitoring data reliability with meticulous attention to detail
- Designing key business metrics and dashboards to track performance and visualize insights
- Promoting data literacy across the organization
You'll need 3+ years of data analyst experience, ideally with finance teams in financial services or banking in Israel. Required skills include SQL proficiency, Python or other programming languages, background in a quantitative discipline, and solid mathematical and statistics knowledge. Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include an advanced STEM degree, experience with additional programming languages, and accounting background. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of fintech while working with a talented, multicultural team.
