The Finance Data Analyst role sits within Revolut's Data Science team, which partners with product and cross-functional teams to uncover insights and drive business decisions. This position focuses on financial data infrastructure, regulatory reporting, and customer behavior analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
- Collaborating with Product and Operations teams to extract customer behavior insights
- Translating complex business requirements into efficient, scalable data solutions
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and data quality
- Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers to align on data logic and requirements
- Monitoring data reliability and applying rigorous quality standards
- Setting up local regulatory reporting processes for Argentina operations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in an analytical role delivering data-driven solutions
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of complex data systems
- Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipeline development
- Ability to adapt data to strict regulatory specifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Nice-to-have: knowledge of accounting or tax principles.
