The Data Analyst role sits within the Finance function, working directly with product teams and regulatory reporting managers to uncover insights and guide business decisions. You will be responsible for building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting, translating complex requirements into efficient data solutions, and maintaining reporting infrastructure with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data quality. Key responsibilities include designing key business metrics, creating and maintaining dashboards to track performance and visualize insights, monitoring data reliability with meticulous attention to detail, and promoting data literacy across the organization. You'll work closely with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of data analyst experience, with specific background working with finance teams in financial services or banking in Israel. Required technical skills include SQL proficiency, knowledge of Python or other programming languages, and a quantitative educational background with solid mathematical and statistics knowledge. Fluency in both English and Hebrew is essential for this role. Nice-to-have qualifications include an advanced degree in a STEM subject, experience with additional programming languages, and accounting background.
