The Finance Data Analyst role sits within Revolut's Data Science team, which partners with product and cross-functional teams to uncover insights and drive business decisions. In this position, you will work on complex financial data challenges, designing and implementing scalable solutions that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
- Partnering with Product and Operations teams to extract insights into customer behavior
- Translating complex business and regulatory requirements into efficient data solutions
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data quality
- Collaborating with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business stakeholders to align on data logic and requirements
- Monitoring data reliability and applying rigorous attention to detail
- Setting up local regulatory reporting processes
You will need 5+ years of analytical experience with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions. Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of complex data systems are essential. Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipeline development is required. You must be comfortable translating data to meet strict regulatory specifications and working effectively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
