The Data Analyst role sits within the Data Science team and focuses on supporting regulatory reporting and financial operations. You will work directly with the Finance team and Regulatory Reporting Managers to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable, reliable data solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting financial planning, treasury operations, financial strategy, and regulatory reporting
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes to meet strict regulatory specifications
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and data quality
- Designing key business metrics and creating aggregated views to simplify data access
- Building and maintaining dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights
- Monitoring data reliability with high attention to detail
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and reporting logic
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of SQL experience with solid understanding of complex data systems
- Background in an analytical role delivering impactful solutions
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
- Quantitative discipline background or education
- Strong mathematical and statistics knowledge
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, able to deliver under time constraints
- Excellent collaboration skills
Nice-to-have qualifications include finance/banking/accounting experience, advanced STEM degree, proficiency in Java/Scala/C++, or participation in academic Olympiad competitions.
