Salary: PLN 13,200 - 18,700 / monthly

Revolut is a global financial super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data Science team, which partners directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and enhance customer experience through data-driven solutions. In this role, you will work on complex financial data infrastructure and analytics. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ETL processes, creating and maintaining aggregated data views and tables to streamline analytics queries, and automating critical financial reporting including P&L attribution, daily risk reporting, and short-term investment performance tracking. You will also conduct behavioral liquidity and cash flow analysis, investigate ad-hoc performance enhancements, and undertake model-based performance optimization to support the business. You should have prior experience in an analytical role at a markets-based business, major financial institution, asset manager, or liquidity provider—ideally in treasury or risk functions (FTP, ALM, IRRB). A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required. You must demonstrate strong data manipulation and analysis skills using Python and SQL, along with solid mathematical and statistical knowledge. Fluency in English is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include an advanced degree in a STEM subject and participation in university-level competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming. Compensation varies by location: Poland (PLN 13,200–18,700 gross monthly), Lithuania (€3,700–5,000 gross monthly), with other locations discussed during interviews. Final compensation is based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
