Vertical Insure is the leading embedded insurance platform built for vertical SaaS companies. The platform enables SaaS providers to offer customized insurance options to their customers, adding value and generating new revenue streams without operational overhead. The company removes friction from insurance purchasing by embedding it directly into partners' product workflows.
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the analytics function, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance, identify growth opportunities, and build the reporting infrastructure that enables scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business leaders
- Analyze customer, product, revenue, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to answer critical business questions
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions
- Monitor business performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
You'll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy solving business problems with data, and are naturally curious about how data can drive growth. The role requires someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while working with diverse data sources. The Minneapolis office operates on a hybrid model with in-office collaboration required on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Currently, the company is considering local candidates only.
