As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive clinical and operational decisions. Your primary responsibilities include: • Creating and editing visual content (maps, charts, graphs, infographics) to present data in interpretable formats that reveal patterns, trends, and correlations • Developing scalable reporting features and becoming fluent in data warehouse models • Analyzing functional requirements and designing software solutions that meet business needs • Writing and optimizing SQL queries against Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI • Developing and optimizing ETL pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory • Testing code, documenting technical designs, and ensuring adherence to security policies and quality assurance best practices • Collaborating with business analysts, clinical staff, and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Supporting and supervising technology projects in production healthcare environments • Working with large datasets while maintaining focus on the bigger picture and business impact You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are essential. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, curiosity about emerging data technologies, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Required qualifications: 3+ years as a Data or Business Analyst (healthcare experience preferred), Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server, expertise in data visualization, and strong written/verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual/hybrid environment.
