Precision Medicine Group seeks a Data Analyst to support client business processes and operations activities, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables. You will combine operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities, working closely with Senior Data Analysts and Operations Delivery Leads. Key responsibilities include: understanding and communicating client business issues, operating procedures, and data requirements; executing and suggesting improvements to pre-defined operational processes; implementing process improvements and identifying optimization opportunities; staying current on new tools and techniques; developing strong understanding of operational processes, data, and technology to translate between business and technical requirements; building subject matter expertise in operational domains; applying quality checks and validations on deliverables; executing defined operational models with standard operating procedures and governance criteria; coordinating with multiple stakeholders across time zones; assisting engineering teams with implementing new or improved operational procedures; testing new/updated procedures for fidelity; managing multiple concurrent tasks; collaborating with internal PMG teams; tracking unplanned tasks; conducting secondary research; and investigating client questions related to operational deliveries. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field; 1–2 years of experience with data mining languages/tools (SQL preferred, stored procedures a plus); detail orientation, quality consciousness, and operational mindset; experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting with exposure to managed care and/or analytics; experience working with people across different time zones; and experience delivering analytic results to clients (internal or external). Preferred: Master's degree or MBA/PGDM equivalent; product development, management, or operations experience; US Healthcare expertise.
