As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will support the Compliance Office, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams by delivering data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You'll act as a trusted data partner, providing accurate and actionable reporting to stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing insights to Compliance, ML, Operations, and Strategy teams to support data-driven compliance decisions
- Using SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly
- Building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to monitor compliance trends
- Supporting strategic initiatives by ensuring data accessibility, consistency, and accuracy
- Managing multiple incoming data requests and breaking down complex problems into actionable tasks
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure alignment across compliance systems
You bring 3+ years of data analysis experience, ideally in compliance, fintech, financial services, or risk. You're proficient in SQL and Excel, with BI tool experience preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential—you can explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. Python proficiency and experience leveraging AI to optimize processes are advantageous.
