Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, conversion, retention, and the customer journey. Support post-launch analysis to validate whether product changes achieved their goals. Own small-to-medium analytical projects end-to-end, from clarifying questions through communicating findings.
**Data Practices**: Document metrics, dashboards, tables, business definitions, and data owners. Identify and help fix outdated reporting logic. Follow and contribute to standards for naming, documentation, validation, and data quality. Escalate data-quality and pipeline issues clearly to technical owners.
**Collaboration**: Explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates. Gather regular feedback from teams using your analysis. Share progress, assumptions, and limitations openly. Work across US and Asia time zones.
You'll need 1–3 years of analytics experience (product analytics, business intelligence, or related roles), strong SQL skills, experience with dashboard tools (Superset, Tableau, Looker, Power BI), solid analytical thinking and basic statistics, and clear communication skills. Nice-to-haves include SaaS/B2C/startup experience, product analytics tools (Mixpanel), Python/R, A/B testing, and interest in creator tools.
