Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools.
You'll join the Data team as an experienced Data Analyst to help build core data functions from the ground up. This is not a traditional BI or Product Analytics role—you'll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product, research, and customer-facing teams to understand complex enterprise data, transform it into consistent data models, and generate insights that power the product and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include researching and evaluating new customer data sources and APIs; analyzing large, complex datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights; designing and evolving Glow's data models to create a unified language across multiple integrations; partnering with Engineering and Data Science on schemas and scalable modeling; building and modifying logic in system components as part of regular delivery; supporting customer onboarding by validating data and ensuring meaningful insights from day one; delivering customer-facing analyses and recommendations; defining foundations of Glow's data function by evaluating tools and methodologies; collaborating with Product to ensure data-informed decisions; and helping define data requirements for AI-powered capabilities and autonomous workflows.
You'll bring 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Cyber Analyst, Network Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role. Strong SQL and Python skills are essential, along with experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, data modeling, schema design, and independent project ownership. You're comfortable across technical and non-technical teams, have strong analytical thinking and communication skills, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Bonus experience includes building data platforms or analytics infrastructure, working with APIs and SaaS data sources, leading projects or mentoring, familiarity with AI/LLM products, or background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or highly technical products.
