In this Data Analyst role, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization's systems. Your key responsibilities include:
• Represent user and partner interests through rigorous data quality management
• Manage and prioritize data requests using Jira workflow tools
• Interpret file mappings and conduct testing across multiple platforms and data formats
• Support data migration initiatives for critical business projects and the data architecture roadmap, including analysis, documentation, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion tasks
• Collect business requirements, document data usage patterns, and conduct data testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in daily and long-term tasks
• Identify operational improvement opportunities through automation
You will work in a hybrid arrangement: one day per week onsite in Buenos Aires and four days remote. The role requires 2-4 years of hands-on data analysis experience with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools. You should have solid understanding of relational data architecture, data warehousing, and experience with data transformation workflows. Familiarity with AI prompting for data analytics and secure data handling practices is valued. Experience with large data models and tools like Apache Spark is a plus.
