Clara is a fast-growing fintech company in Latin America providing payment solutions, corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and B2B platforms to over 20,000 businesses. You will join the Data team as a Data Analyst Associate, serving as the bridge between raw data and actionable business insights. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining high-impact dashboards and reports that support critical business decisions across the organization. You will conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive product and operational improvements. Key responsibilities: - Design and maintain dashboards and reports for critical business decisions - Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies - Partner with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data integrity and quality - Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight delivery - Translate complex datasets into clear, narrative-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders Required qualifications: - Working proficiency in English and Spanish - Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field - Strong SQL proficiency for database manipulation and querying large datasets - Proven experience extracting actionable insights from raw data - Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and exploratory modeling - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase or similar BI platforms) - High attention to detail with emphasis on data quality in financial context - Experience or interest in AI tools for workflow automation - Adaptability to fast-changing environments with high ownership mentality Preferred qualifications include basic Python experience and familiarity with cloud data warehouses.
