Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead key feature areas of the Data 360 team, a $1B+ product business. Data 360 (powered by Data Cloud) enables enterprises to ingest, harmonize, unify, and activate data across touchpoints to deliver personalized experiences, intelligent automation, and trusted AI in real time.
You will own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, from market analysis and requirements definition through release planning and adoption. This includes developing and maintaining product strategy aligned with overall direction, owning detailed roadmaps for your feature areas, and partnering closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.
Key responsibilities: translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements; engage directly with customers for feedback and validation; collaborate with go-to-market teams on feature launches and sales enablement; champion feature areas internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
Required: 8+ years of product management experience with proven track record of successful product delivery; direct experience with data and AI products; ability to define and execute product roadmaps and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable designs; excellent communication skills for diverse audiences including executives; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; related technical degree.
Preferred: enterprise SaaS product management experience, especially in data platforms or AI/ML products; familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products; experience working with customers and global teams.
