The role requires identifying and pursuing settlement opportunities, coordinating defense strategy with counsel, and providing data and insights to underwriters. You will also support business development through marketing contributions, client presentations, and sales discussions, lead client engagement activities including cyber incident preparedness and tabletop exercises, and ensure the global claims team understands specific claims handling requirements and market practices in France and other EEA countries as Coalition expands.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience handling cyber claims and litigation, with preferred background in wider financial lines claims (D&O, E&O) and European cyber incidents. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; university diploma in Insurance Law or Insurance Management preferred. Fluent in French and English is mandatory. You must demonstrate strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus skills include Italian and/or Spanish language proficiency and prior experience handling claims for Spanish and/or Italian markets.
This is a full-time CDI contract position, fully remote within metropolitan France, with annual home office stipend and benefits.
