As a Product Operations Analyst, you'll serve as the connective tissue between customer-facing teams and product/engineering, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution. This is a high-impact individual contributor role critical to Ethos's mission.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging and investigating technical and product issues using backend tools (Datadog, FullStory, Amplitude, Snowflake)
- Acting as a product quality advocate by fielding feature requests, triaging issues, and partnering with engineers and product managers to identify and resolve bugs
- Serving as the primary liaison between product/engineering and customer-facing teams, communicating product updates and resolutions
- Collaborating with product and engineering to collect, quantify, and prioritize bugs using SQL and data analysis to assess impact
- Enhancing teams' understanding of customer behavior and usage patterns
- Championing the customer voice during feature development, product launches, and UX enhancements
- Building relationships with subject matter experts across the organization to surface insights and drive alignment
You'll need 3+ years in operational or analytical roles supporting product and technology teams, plus 1+ years with JavaScript, Java, or SQL. A strong analytical mindset, technical aptitude, and business acumen are essential. You should be deeply customer-centric, comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. Experience in high-growth tech companies and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field are preferred.
