You will join the Strategic Accounts post-sale team as a Customer Value Partner, owning the end-to-end customer journey for key enterprise partnerships. This is a senior individual contributor role, serving as the post-sale counterpart to Strategic Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete customer journey from launch through long-term value realization for complex, high-impact enterprise accounts
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across customer stakeholders (HR, executives, business leaders, line managers) and navigate internal dynamics
- Partner with executive sponsors to broaden engagement and ensure learning outcomes translate to measurable business impact
- Create and run joint success plans and discovery workshops with customers, establishing clear outcomes, milestones, governance, and success metrics
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value, celebrate wins, and course-correct
- Translate delivery outcomes into compelling proof points and impact stories to spark new use cases
- Collaborate with onboarding/implementation partners to ensure smooth launch and strong first 90 days, then maintain strategic oversight
- Work closely with Sales and Business Value Consultants to strengthen value narratives and provide evidence-backed views of customer impact
- Act as the trusted internal voice of the customer, aligning Delivery, Product, and Support teams to remove barriers and improve experience
- Re-engage the Strategic Account Executive when commercial expansion or renewal opportunities arise (you do not own the commercial expansion outcome)
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic customer success, strategic account management, consulting, or professional services with complex enterprise customers
- Executive presence and ability to build trust and influence across senior stakeholder groups in large organizations
- Track record of building structured success plans, running executive governance, and tying work to measurable outcomes
- Strong program leadership and operational discipline; ability to operate strategically while maintaining high execution standards, risk management, and follow-through
- Comfort leading cross-functional teams without formal authority, driving clarity, cadence, and accountability
- Commercial awareness and partnership mindset; ability to identify expansion opportunities and build ready-to-act cases while partnering with Sales
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity for executives and teams
- Comfort working with ambiguity; drive, curiosity, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
