As a Customer Value Manager, you will be the primary driver of adoption and value realization for CoLab's largest, most complex global customers. You are accountable for ensuring these enterprise accounts achieve measurable business outcomes aligned with their strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
**Customer Strategy & Value Planning**: Join deals early to research customer readiness and baseline metrics. Build and own comprehensive Customer Value Plans that map the customer's business objectives, org structure, workflows, and tech stack to CoLab's capabilities. Project-manage adoption milestones and continuously identify expansion opportunities.
**Engineering Workflow & Adoption**: Become a CoLab power user with deep product expertise. Consult on how engineering teams collaborate, design, review, and release products. Own CoLab configuration aligned to their workflows, drive adoption through change management and stakeholder mobilization, and train engineers so CoLab becomes embedded in their daily work.
**Value & Executive Engagement**: Quantify business impact by analyzing usage data against customer goals and internal metrics. Own Quarterly Partnership Reviews and co-present value demonstrations to executive sponsors.
**Account Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams (Customer Success Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales, Product) without direct authority. Identify and escalate risks early with mitigation plans.
**Commercial Outcomes**: Own gross revenue retention and renewals across your book. Partner with Account Executives on expansion strategy and influence net revenue retention.
You will work remotely but are expected to travel on-site to customer locations at least 25% of the time. Twice yearly, you'll attend Team Week at CoLab's headquarters in St. John's, Newfoundland.
