Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Customer Value Architects team sits within the revenue organization and bridges the gap between what customers purchase and the measurable business outcomes they achieve.
In this role, you'll own the adoption and value realization journey for a defined portfolio of accounts. You'll be a relationship-first advisor who connects each customer's Mixpanel investment to real ROI, working across onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles. Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning value plans for each account, translating the business problem that drove the purchase into measurable outcomes the customer tracks.
- Building trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customer priorities.
- Running discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and converting insights into concrete adoption plans.
- Partnering with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and renewal teams on execution, bringing evidence-based value narratives.
- Leading enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to deepen product usage.
- Monitoring health signals and running business reviews that surface wins, identify adoption gaps, and catch churn risk early.
- Identifying underutilized features and contracted capabilities, then making clear recommendations.
- Triaging product questions and escalating appropriately to internal teams.
- Developing a point of view on customer AI maturity and leveraging Mixpanel's AI capabilities to help customers extract more value from product data.
- Coordinating with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and sharing best practices across the team.
You should have experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts. You excel at managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups—from business partners to technical teams—and can translate complex technical concepts (data models, product metrics) into language that resonates with non-technical audiences. You have a track record of turning product usage into compelling narratives about customer outcomes and ROI. You're comfortable building and running adoption plans that tie daily work to larger customer goals, and you have hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use (e.g., MCP-based workflows, LLM copilots). You work collaboratively across account teams and internal partners, and you have good judgment about prioritization.
Bonus experience includes a background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development; technical advisory or professional services roles; or familiarity with analytics instrumentation and event tracking.
