Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Customer Value Architects team sits within the revenue organization and bridges the gap between what customers purchase and the actual value they realize from Mixpanel.
In this role, you'll act as a relationship-first advisor managing a defined book of accounts. You'll own adoption and value plans for each account, understanding why they bought Mixpanel, tracking whether they're achieving expected ROI, and supporting the enablement and product usage needed to get there. You'll build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, partner closely with Account Executives and renewal teams, and develop expertise in how customers should think about AI in their product workflows.
Key responsibilities include: owning value plans that connect business problems to measurable outcomes; building relationships across stakeholder groups; discovering customer priorities and translating them into adoption plan updates; partnering with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and renewal counterparts on execution; leading enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling; monitoring usage and health signals; identifying underused features and capabilities; triaging product questions; assessing customer AI maturity; and coordinating with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations.
You should have experience in customer success, consulting, or related B2B SaaS support roles. You'll need strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups, the ability to translate technical concepts (data models, product metrics) for non-technical audiences, growing experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI, and hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use (MCP-based workflows, LLM copilots). A collaborative approach and good judgment for prioritization are essential. Bonus experience includes product analytics, growth, technical advisory, professional services, or familiarity with analytics instrumentation and data tooling.
This role is designed for someone building skills to own accounts end-to-end and ready to grow into greater independence, with support from your manager and senior teammates.
