Insify is building Europe's most modern business insurance platform for entrepreneurs and freelancers, with a focus on speed, transparency, and simplicity. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be one of the first support voices for a new European market, helping shape the customer experience from the ground up.
You'll be the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs during critical moments in their business journey. Your responsibilities include:
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with genuine, conversational support (no scripts)—explaining complex insurance policies in accessible language
• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process to ensure they're insured within 2 minutes, maintaining both speed and accuracy
• Identifying recurring customer questions and pain points, then collaborating with the product and development teams to improve the platform
• Managing customer administration: updating data, processing policy changes, and tracking deadlines meticulously
• Contributing to a founding team atmosphere where you help build processes and customer experience standards for the market
You'll work within the Operations Team, which serves as the face of Insify. The team prioritizes building trust, ensuring customers feel heard and supported, and continuously improving based on customer feedback. With expansion into multiple European countries, you'll have direct impact on the company's growth.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are highly valued
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and deadline management skills
• Genuine customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people solve problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable and energized by working in a scale-up where processes are still being defined
• Willingness to obtain relevant insurance certification as part of professional development (company-funded and supported)
