This Customer Success role is a builder position where you'll own both technical depth and commercial outcomes for ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, managing a defined book of business with clear targets around Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include running onboarding and enablement across ElevenLabs' full platform (core speech models, creative tools, and Agents), advising customers on production deployment by digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early, and owning commercial outcomes including renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the UK & Ireland region. You'll need proven experience managing a defined book of business, familiarity with building and deploying AI agents, comfort with API integrations and SDKs, and a strong track record of driving revenue outcomes including owning quotas and closing cross-sell opportunities. Strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and have deep knowledge of the UK & Ireland market landscape and cultural nuances.
