In this role, you will own revenue retention for a portfolio of SMB customers, using account health data to identify at-risk accounts and lead recovery plans before renewal cycles. You'll proactively monitor usage patterns and reach out to customers before issues escalate. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer staff and contractors effectively adopt and use the Onside platform from day one onward, designing and delivering training through webinars, online sessions, and on-site visits as appropriate. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Territory Managers, Onboarding, and Support teams to coordinate customer success efforts and ensure customer feedback reaches product and operations teams for action.
The role requires comfort with data-driven decision-making, the ability to communicate honest assessments early, and a structured approach to account management. You'll travel to customer sites regularly and work four days per week from the Melbourne office, which operates on an office-first model.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of customer retention and renewal protection
- Ability to work from account health and usage data
- Experience training customer teams, both in-person and online
- Comfort with regular travel to customer sites
