As a Customer Success Representative, you will be a key member of the growing Customer Success team, responsible for managing relationships with organizations and ensuring successful execution of healthcare solutions. Your primary responsibilities include leading and monitoring client organizations and their employees through healthcare solution implementation, assisting with annual renewal applications during open enrollment periods, and supporting renewal production goals. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to cross-sell new and renewal accounts alongside other departments, assist colleagues with new and existing client needs, and manage special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hardworking, and an excellent communicator with strong technical aptitude. You should enjoy serving others and solving problems daily. This role requires 3-5 years of customer service experience managing larger accounts, with demonstrated project management and process development capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Health & Life License and prior health insurance experience are preferred.
This is a hybrid position based in downtown Indianapolis, requiring in-office presence four days per week with Fridays as work-from-home days.
