Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics serving hedge funds, investment banks, management consulting firms, and law firms since 2013. The company is hiring a commercially-minded Product Specialist to own revenue outcomes across Direct Data and Data & Workflow solutions. In this hybrid role (3 days/week in London office), you will be accountable for revenue targets while managing relationships from practitioner to C-suite level. You'll lead account expansion strategies, proof-of-concept engagements, and upsell motions in partnership with Account Managers and Sales Engineers. Key responsibilities include carrying and delivering against company targets, re-engaging closed-lost opportunities as product gaps close, and identifying expansion signals from client interactions to convert into new ARR. You will own the post-sale relationship for a global book of accounts, managing from handoff through renewal and growth. This includes driving measurable usage and adoption across your portfolio with clear KPIs and proactive outreach cadences via email, calls, and on-site visits. You'll build relationships at every organizational level and educate clients on best practices, new features, and data releases to maximize subscription value. As a subject matter expert in Octus's data and workflow products, you'll systematically capture client feedback and translate it into actionable product roadmap input for Product, Commercial, and senior leadership. You'll also document and scale commercial training and playbooks to broader teams. Requirements: 3+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in fintech or financial services; demonstrated ability to manage and grow commercial accounts with quota or target experience; strong project management skills coordinating across complex, multi-stakeholder client organizations; intellectual curiosity about credit markets, data products, or financial workflows; and self-directed, organized approach to fast-paced commercial environments.
