Ledgy is a European equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies, backed by NEA and Sequoia. Founded in 2017 in Switzerland, the company operates from Zurich and London with a team of 26+ nationalities.
This role is central to scaling Ledgy's public markets segment in 2027. You will own two key pillars: (1) day-to-day public operations including payments, settlement, and broker/nominee partner relationships; and (2) customer relationships and net revenue retention for Ledgy's public company book.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own NRR for a portfolio of listed company customers
- Manage operational relationships with broker and nominee partners; facilitate share transfers and equity events (RSU vestings, IPOs)
- Guide existing customers through successful IPOs
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders at public companies
- Own payments and settlement operations, scaling processes for a growing client base
- Partner with Product Development to ensure customer voice shapes product roadmap
- Attend industry events and visit customers on-site to build relationships
Your first 90 days focus on mastering Ledgy's product, building cross-functional relationships, shadowing customer success calls, taking ownership of public accounts, developing strategic account plans, leading first onboardings, and owning core settlement/payments processes. Months 4-6 emphasize operational excellence: improving vesting/transfer/IPO processes, running Executive Business Reviews, joining pre-sales calls as post-sales expert, and beginning CEP/ICSA qualification. By month 12, you'll scale the public markets function by building efficient, automated processes, attending industry events, leading strategic discussions with S&P 500/FTSE 100 budget holders, and creating scalable operations that don't depend on you.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, this is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a fast-growing fintech startup (60%+ YoY growth).

- Strong relationship management skills
- Managed NRR for a book of business >£2 million in annual revenue, OR managed the share plan of a listed company
- Desire to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup
- Advantageous but not required: CEP or ICSA qualification
