Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical documentation tools that have already processed 73 million patient visits across 190+ countries. The company is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for small healthcare organizations (under 250 users each) across SMB markets.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clinics, practices, and small healthcare organizations, serving as a trusted partner from pre-sales through long-term value realization. You'll lead full customer lifecycles including scoping, pilot design, implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with practice owners, clinical leads, and administrative staff; supporting efficient rollouts with training and change management; translating usage and outcome metrics into actionable insights; and identifying expansion opportunities backed by adoption data.
You'll work cross-functionally with Implementation Specialists, Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include owning commercial outcomes through renewal conversations and expansion execution, building evaluation frameworks grounded in clinical and operational KPIs, and contributing to scalable SMB playbooks and processes.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of SaaS customer success or client-facing experience, ideally with SMB or mid-market exposure. You should have a track record across the full customer lifecycle, strong relationship-building skills, experience driving behavior change and adoption, commercial acumen around expansion and NRR, and the ability to communicate fluently across different stakeholder levels. Data-driven thinking, pre-sales comfort with scoping and demos, and familiarity with healthcare workflows are valuable.
