Partly is building frontier AI infrastructure for repair, starting with the automotive market. The company has developed Interpreter, an AI model trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts that understands repair jobs at estimator-level accuracy (98.8% parts-list accuracy vs. 92.1% with existing tools). Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, Partly has raised $50M Series B from DST Global and other top-tier investors. As Customer Success Manager, you will own the activation journey for newly signed repairers—taking the handoff from Sales and driving customers from signature to weekly active status through onboarding, training, and order placement. You report to the Director of Customer Success and will work in a team with deep industry knowledge but limited process and systems maturity. Key responsibilities: - Activate newly signed repairers by owning the onboarding plan and timeline, ensuring they reach weekly active status - Build and document the activation and retention playbook, turning what works into repeatable processes the broader CS team can scale - Establish data and systems rigor by tracking repairer health and weekly active metrics, identifying manual work to systematize - Drive adoption and retention through regular check-ins, feature adoption, early churn detection, and account reactivation - Serve as the primary post-signature contact for repairers, resolving issues end-to-end with Support and Product - Synthesize repairer feedback and pain points into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and commercial teams This is a hands-on, scrappy role emphasizing real ownership. You'll spot repetitive manual processes and systematize them. The company operates across multiple offices (Austin HQ, London, Christchurch, Auckland) with quarterly in-person team gatherings and relocation support available. REQUIREMENTS: - Early customer success or account management experience, ideally at a scaling business, with demonstrated ability to own customer relationships and adoption/retention - Process and systems builder mindset—instinctively identify repetitive work and convert it to repeatable systems - Comfortable with data and tools: dashboards, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, health/usage metrics; light automation or SQL is a plus - Hands-on, organized, and scrappy—manage multiple accounts and plans simultaneously without dropping details - Strong communicator across diverse audiences (repairers, engineers, senior leaders) with ability to adjust messaging - Ownership mindset and high potential—proactive, decisive, eager to take on more in fast-moving, high-growth environment - Bonus: Automotive, marketplace, or B2B SaaS exposure (not required; sharp generalists welcome)
