Join Cyolo as a Customer Success Manager responsible for owning the complete customer lifecycle across North America. In the first 30–90 days, you'll serve as the primary project manager, ensuring efficient deployment and rapid Time-to-Value (TTV). Once the platform is live, you transition into a strategic advisory role focused on adoption, executive relationship management, and revenue expansion. You'll work independently and self-motivated, taking ownership of your book of business while leveraging a naturally curious mindset to understand customers' unique workflows and identify how the platform drives their success. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor, deepening customer relationships and actively driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing end-to-end onboarding, coordinating resources and aligning technical milestones with go-live dates - Reviewing platform data and generating actionable reports to drive user adoption and sustained usage - Managing commercial health through contract renewals, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Monitoring account health, identifying gaps, and strengthening partnerships to mitigate risk - Serving as a subject matter expert, translating new functionality into customer outcomes and delivering product demos - Traveling to meet customers in-person, building strategic relationships, and supporting key initiatives You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Product, and the broader go-to-market team to maximize customer success, retention, and long-term growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, proven ability to manage complex customer lifecycles, strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, experience with Microsoft ecosystem, Jira, Miro, and Confluence, analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights, excellent communication and executive-level engagement skills, self-motivated and comfortable owning a book of business in a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus: Smartsheet experience with workflow automation or data integration.
