CarOnSale is an AI-powered platform for B2B used-car trading across Europe, connecting approximately 2,500 dealers and 40,000 buyers across six countries through integrated software, data, logistics, financing, and services.
As Customer Success Manager, you will own the operational success of large dealer accounts from onboarding through ongoing optimization. Your responsibilities include:
**Operational Onboarding**: Guide new dealers (with focus on enterprise accounts) through their initial phase, ensuring they understand and effectively use all relevant platform features and processes from day one.
**Process Optimization**: Analyze existing workflows for dealer accounts, identify improvement opportunities, and implement concrete measures to ensure smooth and efficient processes between sellers and buyers.
**Cross-functional Coordination**: Coordinate the operational experience between customers and internal Sales, After Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and positive customer outcomes.
**Proactive Account Management**: Conduct regular check-ins with accounts, identify operational challenges early, and implement rapid solutions to maintain quality and ensure long-term platform stability and dealer success.
**Data-Driven Quality Assurance**: Use analytics to continuously monitor platform stability and customer satisfaction, identifying improvement opportunities.
This role is distinctly operational—not sales-focused, not support-ticket-based, and not a traditional account management position. You will drive process excellence, manage complex customer structures, and bridge Sales, After Sales, Product, and Operations teams. Your impact is directly visible in platform performance and dealer outcomes.
You bring 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or Process Management. You excel at understanding complex workflows, communicating clearly in German (C2) and English (C1), managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and working hands-on with digital tools, CRM systems, and data. Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required; your drive, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving are what matter most.
