Teamworks is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to own and grow the customer relationships across the Middle East region. You will manage a growing book of accounts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider Middle East, taking full ownership of implementations, renewals, and account health for professional and elite sports organizations. Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end customer relationships for a growing portfolio; leading Hub implementations delivered in Arabic in partnership with the Product Success team; driving renewals and account health in line with the team's 96.5% renewal track record; partnering with the Middle East Account Executive and sales team on demos and cross-sell opportunities while owning the post-sale relationship; and building in-person relationships through regular on-site customer visits. You must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written), as trust in the region is built in-language. You need hands-on experience working within professional sports organizations or clubs to understand how customers operate day-to-day. Strong project management, data literacy, and communication skills are essential to translate technical concepts for coaches, medical staff, and administrators. You should have a data-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience and strong leadership abilities to guide sports organizations through software adoption. Ideal candidates will have experience in professional football or other professional sports/Olympic organizations, existing relationships or market knowledge in the Middle East region, and prior experience with Teamworks products (Hub or AMS) or strong familiarity with the suite. This role offers the rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing Middle East book that's already in motion, working alongside an established Account Executive rather than building from zero, in one of the most dynamic growth markets in world sport.
