As a Customer Success Manager for HotStats, you will own the complete post-sale lifecycle for a global portfolio of hotel and hospitality clients, from onboarding through renewal. You'll serve as the trusted advisor helping hoteliers translate benchmarking data into actionable business decisions. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end client journeys with focus on adoption, retention, and incremental revenue; conducting strategic check-ins, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews with AI-assisted preparation tools; using AI-powered analytics to identify churn risk early and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities; and partnering with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure client feedback shapes product development.
You'll need 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS, hospitality technology, or data analytics roles with direct exposure to hotel operations or benchmarking platforms. Strong understanding of hotel performance reporting, USALI standards, hotel ownership models, and enterprise reporting structures is essential. You should have sharp analytical skills, demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable recommendations, and fluency in English. Comfort with AI-assisted tools for data analysis and reporting is required, along with genuine willingness to adopt new tooling. Preferred qualifications include specialized hospitality tech experience, Salesforce and project management tool proficiency (Jira, Trello), familiarity with hotel benchmarking or competitive intelligence platforms, knowledge of hotel profitability frameworks (cost center analysis, GOP optimization), and experience with AI-powered CS platforms like Gainsight or Salesforce Einstein.
