Tulip Interfaces, an MIT spinoff and leader in AI-native frontline operations, is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Munich to manage a portfolio of manufacturing and operations customers. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption and value realization of Tulip's cloud-native, no-code platform that helps industrial companies digitize their operations, improve quality, and enhance efficiency. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to enterprise customers, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives and helping them identify and track ROI from Tulip implementations. You will manage customer health and usage metrics, lead contract renewal discussions, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll coordinate across internal teams including Customer Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships at multiple levels (shop floor to C-suite), creating and delivering executive presentations, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and developing processes to scale the Customer Success function. You'll travel approximately 20% to visit customers and partners. You bring 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success (preferably SaaS), Management Consulting, or similar client-facing roles in manufacturing and operations. You have direct experience implementing change in manufacturing environments or deploying business IT systems to operational settings. You communicate clearly across organizational levels, think independently, and are biased toward action and measurable customer impact. A BA/BS is required; MBA or Master's degree preferred. Fluency in German and English is essential.
