The Customer Success Manager role focuses on the Financial Services vertical, supporting asset management, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, and hedge fund clients. You will be part of a three-team Customer Success organization (Pre-sales, Customer Success, Support) working alongside Account Managers to drive product adoption, maximize client value, and ensure strong renewals. Key responsibilities include: partnering with GTM teams to align account strategies and drive commercial outcomes; using data-driven insights to monitor engagement, identify upsell opportunities, and detect churn risk; conducting discovery into clients' research workflows to develop tailored use cases; building trusted relationships with investment professionals across all levels; and serving as the Voice of the Customer by translating feedback to Product and Content teams. You will combine deep product knowledge with financial services industry expertise to deliver white-glove service. The role requires understanding complex workflows in institutional investing, identifying pain points, and demonstrating how AlphaSense's AI-driven capabilities solve domain-specific challenges. You'll contribute to product development through structured client feedback and participate in beta programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with financial services investors on complex problems, passion for AI applications in finance, client-centric mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.
